Utility Assistance is one of the many important ways that Maravilla Foundation financially aids our valuable eligible clients.
Through HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program), we offer our qualified clients assistance with their utility bills.
Utility bills include electricity, gas, wood, and propane/oil.
Eligible applicants will receive credit towards their utility bill. These dollar amounts may vary depending on household and income requirements.
Last year (2017), Maravilla performed record-breaking numbers with a total payout of over $6 million in utility assistance.

HOW DO I APPLY?
Method #1 - Office Appointments

*Office appointments are available via APPOINTMENT ONLY.
*WALK-INS will be seen ONLY in the case of shut-off notices. Please note, shut-off notices still require the required forms listed below for service.
Method #2 - Mail-In Applications
1) Please complete & attach ALL of the REQUIRED forms listed in the HEAP Document Checklist (Green Boxes) below along with the completed Utility Assistance applications (PDF's listed at bottom of page).
2) After completion, please mail the application and ALL required documents to the following address:
